How to use these resources

A complete set of content, training activities and assessment items is provided for each unit of competency in this area. These materials can be used separately for instructional purposes, or as a complete training program or learning resource for staff.

Units of Competency

This resource has been produced for the Department of Communities and Disability Services Queensland by Brisbane North Institute of TAFE. This E-learning program was made possible through funding provided by the Strengthening Non-government Organisations project.
