Tanya applied for an administrative role at Employability in 2005 after seeing an ad in her local paper. With previous experience in the disability sector Tanya submitted her job application, CV and relevant certificates without delay.

Tanya obtained a Business Administration qualification through TAFE, and was also a Director of her own company; so had plenty of skills to contribute to the role and organisation. Read more
