Are you interested in developing ideas, initiatives and projects with your peers to address issues in your communities?
Are you available from 26 – 30 September 2010?
If you or someone you know can answer yes to all of these questions, then we want you to apply for the 2010 Queensland Youth Forum.
The Queensland Youth Forum is an exciting new program that will bring together 40 young people to share their ideas with the Queensland Government and other young people.
The forum will be an opportunity to meet young people from across the state, and work together to develop policy submissions and youth-led projects.
Participants will also develop important skills and networks that will assist them in taking action to address priorities in their local community after the forum.
All costs related to participating in this event will be covered by the Queensland Government.
For further information and application forms visit http://www.communityservices.qld.gov.au/youth/forum/ or contact the Queensland Youth Forum coordinator on 3008 8627 or qyf@communties.qld.gov.au
