Advice & Support

Some features of the new MSO: While MSO have kept a lot of what many of you love about this service, there are some important additions:

3 new pathways for Managers, Boards and Committees of Management and Administrators – designed to fast track access to all the relevant MSO materials for each of these roles. Streamlining MSO resources in this way is not only efficient but it also helps to identify key areas that are important for each of these roles.

New content and resources
MSO now carries over 160 downloadable templates, tools, info sheets and over 50 skill building sessions (some with animation and voice over), good practice guides and activities... with further new content development well underway including a range of assessments for quality management and risk assessments.

Access to the ‘Getting Assistance’ service – You will now have access to the confidential advice service of the MSO - up to 25 hours of support and advice. If you need assistance and advice on an issue or problem – just ask the team of experts – they are as close as an email away.

All designed to help your organisation build capability, performance and to profile your organisation for success.

If you’d like to know more about the MSO, or see the full list of resources ….go to about the MSO.

If you are not familiar with the MSO check out the MSO Virtual Tour.

Subscription rates are on a sliding scale depending on an organisations annual income. Subscription includes multiple access passwords so several members can access MSO at the same time.
